This page describes how the On Par Logistics website currently handles information you submit. It is written in plain language and is pending a final legal review with the business before public launch — contact us if anything here doesn't match what you expected.
On Par Logistics only collects information you actively submit through the site. That means the fields you fill out on the Contact page or the Request a Quote flow — typically your name, an email address and/or phone number, and the details of the job you're asking about.
We don't ask for information the job doesn't need, and we don't run background analytics or ad-tracking scripts on this site.
Details you submit are used for one purpose: so On Par can read your request, ask the right follow-up questions, and reply. Contact and quote submissions are delivered to On Par by email through a configured email delivery service, and are not sold, shared, or used for marketing lists.
The site uses a small amount of browser storage for functional behavior only — for example, remembering within a single session that the introductory preloader has already been shown so it doesn't repeat as you move between pages. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.
If you'd like the information you submitted to be updated or removed from On Par's records, send a note to matt@onparsidney.com from the same address you used to submit the request, and we'll take care of it.
